Famous author sues Elon Musk after claiming she gave birth to his 13th child five months ago

Ashley St. Clair, a conservative author and influencer, has initiated legal proceedings against Elon Musk, alleging that he is the father of her five-month-old son, whom she claims is his 13th child. In her lawsuit, St. Clair seeks sole legal custody and has requested that Musk undergo genetic testing to confirm paternity. She asserts that Musk has shown minimal interest in their child’s upbringing, having met the child only three times since birth, with one visit lasting just 30 minutes.

St. Clair’s legal action includes text messages where Musk acknowledged their relationship and expressed a desire for more children with her. She is not currently seeking child support but is requesting a temporary order to address her child’s immediate needs. Attempts to resolve the matter privately have reportedly been unsuccessful due to unresponsiveness from Musk’s representatives.

This lawsuit adds to Musk’s ongoing legal challenges, including custody disputes with his ex-partner, Grimes, over their three children. Musk has not publicly commented on the current allegations.
